Debra Evans

Debra Evans has a diverse and extensive work history in various roles within the manufacturing and engineering fields. Debra began their career at 3M, where they served as an Engineering Manager and later as an Operations Manager. In these roles, they demonstrated their ability to effectively lead large teams and adapt to changing circumstances.

After their time at 3M, Debra joined Hamilton Fixture as the Director of Operations, where they successfully implemented standard manufacturing processes and increased production to meet high sales volume demands. Debra also implemented various systems and processes to improve efficiency and quality control.

Debra then moved on to AdvancePierre Foods, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Process Engineering and Director of Project Management. In these positions, they played a key role in developing and implementing commercialization processes and successfully leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Prior to their current role, Debra worked at Tyson Foods, where they served as the Senior Manager of Project Systems. During their time there, they optimized the enterprise-wide stage and gate commercialization and project management system, significantly driving Tyson's growth pipeline.
