Jill Norris

Jill Norris has a diverse work history, starting with their current role as a Staff Accountant at 80 Acres Farms since 2019. Prior to that, Jill worked at AdvancePierre Foods from 2008 to 2018, holding two different positions. As a Sales Operations Analyst, they were responsible for improving data exchange between ERP, Finance, and Trade systems, as well as generating sales reports and managing sales reassignments. After that, they took on the role of Accounts Receivable Specialist, where they automated the invoicing process, managed cash posting, and developed a system for tracking and posting deductions, resulting in increased profit. Before their time at AdvancePierre Foods, Jill worked at Portion Pac, Inc. from 2005 to 2008 as a Trade Spending Auditor. In this position, they managed audits, tracked sales programs, and reduced rebate payments to third-party customers. Their earliest work experience was as a Revenue Analyst at University Moving and Storage from 1996 to 2005. Here, Jill determined the cost of moves, posted revenue, and implemented an incentive plan for contractors to reduce the average days outstanding on long distance moves.
