Alp Onurlu began their career in 2005 as an Account Executive at the Nelson Family of Companies. In 2007, they moved to Aquent and took on the role of Account Director. In 2008, they were hired by 24 Seven Inc. as the Director of Marketing, Interactive & Creative Services. Finally, in 2012, they became the General Manager at 80Twenty.
Alp Onurlu attended San Jose State University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
