Donato Palombo

Donato Palombo has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Donato started their career at TGI Fridays in 1995 as a dishwasher and worked their way up to become the Director of Operations, overseeing six restaurants in the NYC and Nassau County area. After leaving TGI Fridays in 2012, Palombo worked as a Multi-Unit General Manager at Ignite Restaurant Group until 2016. Donato then joined FATZ Cafe as the Director of Operations, holding the position until 2018. Palombo subsequently served as the Proprietor of Outback Steakhouse from 2018 until 2021, and as a District Manager at Coastal Franchising from 2021 until 2022. Donato is currently the Director of Operations at 810 Billiards & Bowling.

Donato Palombo holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from SUNY Westchester Community College.
