Joel Neumann

Joel Neumann has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Joel started their career as a Senior Manager at Rothstein Kass in 1996. In 2003, they became the Owner of Franchise Finders, where they provided franchise sales management, brokerage, and consulting services. In 2009, they joined The Smoothie Factory as the Franchise Director, managing the international franchise sales system. In 2015, they took on the role of Director of Franchise Sales at Anchor Bar Franchising & Development, where they were responsible for developing a lead generation program and growing the brand outside of the core market. Additionally, in the same year, they became an Affiliate Broker at Franchise Development Group, scouting solid brands for franchising. In 2019, they became the Director of Franchise Sales at 810 Billiards & Bowling, assisting the CEO in expanding the brand outside of the core market. In 2020, they became a Partner at Maple Road Wings, LLC, and currently operates as a franchisee of the Original Buffalo Wing.

Joel Neumann attended the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting.
