Tzvika Fisher

Tzvika (Mike) Fisher is an experienced operations executive and strategic advisor, currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Stealth Mode and a Co-Founder of COOperation, Israel's largest community for operations executives. With a strong background in leadership roles, Tzvika has held positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Feelit Technologies and Director of Operations at Kando and Victaulic Bermad Technologies, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end operations, directing project teams, and fostering growth. Tzvika also contributes as a mentor and consultant to various organizations, including MassChallenge and 8200 for Small Businesses, championing innovative startups and guiding small businesses on their growth journeys. Tzvika holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, along with additional education in intrapreneurship and leadership programs.
