Jeff Boos

Jeff Boos serves as the Director of Brokerage Operations & Expansion at Side since July 2021, leading a national team that oversees transaction and compliance operations, strategic initiatives, and brokerage solutions. Previously, Jeff held roles at Compass as Head of Transaction Operations, significantly increasing ancillary revenue and managing a large team across the West Region. Additional experience includes advisory roles at 826LA and for Assessor Jeff Prang, alongside investment positions at Hi-Lo Liquor Market and Ghiaia Cashmere. Earlier career highlights include project management positions at Pandora and Apple, and significant roles at AECOM and Parsons focused on global implementations and IT analysis. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business & Marketing from Loyola Marymount University.
