Hannah Cohen

Hannah Cohen is the Director of Account Management at 829 Studios, where Hannah leads, manages, and coaches a team of 22 Account Managers. Hannah is responsible for client escalation management across 250 accounts and works collaboratively with leaders from various departments. Prior to their current role, Hannah worked at Glassdoor as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, at Thrasio as a Senior Manager in Seller Experience, and at WordStream where Hannah held various roles in Managed Services. Hannah holds a BA with a double major in Psychology & American Studies, and a minor in Economics from Brandeis University.
