Andy David is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diplomacy, innovation, and global affairs. Currently serving as the Director of the Innovation Task Force at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel since August 2017, Andy leads efforts to modernize the diplomatic sector. Andy previously held the role of Consul General at the Consulate General of Israel in San Francisco, overseeing multiple states. Additional roles include serving as the FO Executive Director at SHANI SHENHAV LTD, a member of the Board of Advisors for the A.C.U Fund, and Global Affairs advisor and Chief of Global Affairs at Arieli Capital. Andy's education includes advanced degrees in Medical Science and Dental Medicine from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an Executive Program in HealthTech from Harvard Business School.

On a mission to drive an Israeli economic growth engine in HealthTech and accelerate global cure, 8400 The Health Network is weaving a network of HealthTech ecosystem leaders, across silos and sectors, who learn together and create gap-closing projects that will propel a thriving HealthTech industry in Israel. The 8400 Fellowship runs annual cohorts of 60 senior Israeli leaders each, for an intensive 17 day program across 7 months. The program’s tailor-made curriculum is creating a continuous platform for breaking silos, peer learning and designing ecosystem growth initiatives. 8400 fellowship graduates join the 8400 Network.
