Izhar Laufer is a highly experienced leader in the field of Digital Health, currently serving as the Director and Founder of Leumit Start since September 2021, where leadership focuses on innovative healthcare solutions utilizing AI, ML, telehealth, and remote monitoring. In addition to this role, Izhar is an active member of 8400 The Health Network and serves as a Professional Leader in the Israeli Telemedicine Community. A former CTO and Director of Innovation at Leumit Health Services, Izhar has extensive experience in digital transformation and technology management, overseeing numerous projects and initiatives in the healthcare sector. Previous roles include mentoring at EdStart edtech, lecturing at Ariel University, and various project management positions in technology firms. Academic qualifications include a BA in Economics and Logistics from Bar-Ilan University, an MBA from Peres Academic Center, and completion of executive education at Harvard Business School.
