Liana Volach is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in government, law, and strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Government and Strategy at 8400 The Health Network since May 2021, Liana has held various leadership roles within the organization, including VP of Partnerships and Business Development and Director of Partnerships. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of Staff to Knesset leader Tzipi Livni and roles at the Israeli Ministry of Justice and Tel Aviv District Attorney's office. Liana holds a Master of Science in Democracy and Comparative Politics from UCL, complemented by academic accomplishments including a Bachelor of Law and Government from Reichman University and an exchange program at the Università di Bologna.

On a mission to drive an Israeli economic growth engine in HealthTech and accelerate global cure, 8400 The Health Network is weaving a network of HealthTech ecosystem leaders, across silos and sectors, who learn together and create gap-closing projects that will propel a thriving HealthTech industry in Israel. The 8400 Fellowship runs annual cohorts of 60 senior Israeli leaders each, for an intensive 17 day program across 7 months. The program’s tailor-made curriculum is creating a continuous platform for breaking silos, peer learning and designing ecosystem growth initiatives. 8400 fellowship graduates join the 8400 Network.
