Eva Jordan is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in analytics and strategic decision-making. Currently serving as the Director of Data Science for Digital Insights at 84.51˚ since October 2016, Eva leads initiatives focused on enhancing customer insights for Kroger's e-Commerce business through improved data assets and predictive models. Previously, as Director of Data Science for Supply Chain and Operations, Eva transformed analytics by developing a detection algorithm for out-of-stock items and integrating scientific models into inventory management. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing Intelligence at GfK APAC, where loyalty card analytics were introduced to the Asian market. Eva began a career in analytics as an Analytics Manager at GfK North America/Knowledge Networks, where advanced statistical models were applied across diverse projects. Eva holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Miami University.
