Jillian Payne

Jillian Payne has a strong work history in the field of data science and analytics. Jillian began their career at dunnhumby as a Client Leadership Intern in 2008. From there, they progressed to roles such as Senior Associate Analyst, Associate Director - Analyst, Custom Insights Solution Lead, and CRM Capabilities. In 2009, they joined dunnhumby Brand Consulting and continued to grow their expertise as a Director, Analyst Development Program. In 2015, they joined 84.51° as a Director, Data Science, and later assumed the role of Vice President, Data Science. Jillian further advanced within the company, becoming Vice President and ultimately holding the positions of VP Science and Developer Services and Vice President, Data Science. Jillian is highly skilled in leading teams, driving strategy, and delivering data-driven solutions to help companies achieve sustainable growth.

Jillian Payne attended Miami University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing and Decision Sciences.
