Samara Caplan

Samara Caplan is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in analytics and research. Currently serving as the Director of Data Science at 84.51˚ since April 2015, Samara has previously held various leadership roles at dunnhumbyUSA, including Director of Analytics, Associate Director of Analysis, Senior Analyst, and Analyst from March 2008 to April 2015. Prior to that, Samara worked as a Biostatistician and Primary Investigator at the J.A.E.B Center for Health Research from July 2005 to February 2008. Samara began an academic career as a Lecturer at the University of Florida in June 2004. Samara holds a Master's degree in Statistics from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from McGill University.
