Darina Koneva

Darina Koneva has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership positions across several organizations. From August 2007 to March 2011, Darina worked as a HR Specialist at ОГУК "Концертно выставочный центр "Губернский" before progressing to the role of Chief HR Specialist at mr-energostroy from April 2011 to September 2013. Subsequently, Darina served as HR Director at IPChain Association from December 2023 to July 2024, focusing on building internal HR processes and organizational structure for a staff of 350. Currently, Darina is the HR Director at 85Tech, responsible for creating and expanding an IT team while overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Previous roles also include HR Director at LITRES.ru from September 2017 to May 2023 and Head of Personnel Department at vympelgroup from November 2013 to May 2016. Darina holds degrees in Human Resources Management from the Higher School of Economics, conducting studies between 2019 and 2020, and in Law from Kostroma State Technological University, along with a degree in Conducting from Kostroma Regional Musical College.
