Kirk Thompson

Kirk Thompson serves as Operating Partner at City+Ventures since January 2021, overseeing initiatives for Omaha Supernovas, 88 Tactical, Rocket Carwash, and City+Ventures Health. Additionally, Kirk has been a Board Member at Rocket Carwash since October 2022 and a Partner at 88 Tactical since 2018. Previous roles include coaching Men's Hockey at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from July 2016 to April 2021, as well as interning at the Vancouver Police Department's Tactical Training Center in 2016. Kirk was a Student-Athlete in Men's Hockey at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 2013 to 2016 and worked in Traffic Operations for the City of Vancouver from 2011 to 2013. Kirk holds a Master of Science degree and a Graduate Certificate in Public Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from the same institution.
