There is a structure behind every great performance and every collapse.
8848 Sport Mentoring analyses the mental mechanisms of athletes, teams, coaches, and opponents, then designs the mentoring programme to manage them. We are not psychologists. We are a mentoring firm built on 20+ years of practical experience working with people who must perform under extreme pressure.
Our methodology is powered by the RISE Human Development System — a proprietary personality and behavioural analysis framework that defines how athletes decide, react, and perform in crisis situations. This allows us to identify the specific mental failure points preventing peak performance and build practical, personalised solutions.
We work across 21 sports in 18 countries. Our mentored athletes and teams have won Olympic and World Championship gold medals, Champions League trophies, and national titles. In 2024, athletes in our programmes won 14 Olympic gold medals at the Paris Games.

We work with one athlete or team per sport, per championship. Full exclusivity. Full confidentiality. No exceptions.
