Harinder Gill

Harinder Gill has extensive work experience in the compliance and risk management field. Harinder is currently the Chief Risk Officer at 888holdings. Prior to this, they worked at Revolut as the Chief Compliance Officer and Partner, leading compliance teams in various regions. Harinder also held the position of Group Head of Regulatory Compliance at Revolut. Before joining Revolut, they worked at BNY Mellon as the Head of Compliance Architecture and Governance, where they led the design and execution of a new global compliance risk assessment process. Harinder Gill also has experience working at Barclays, where they held several key roles, including Global Head of Barclays International Compliance Monitoring and Testing, Head of Corporate & Investment Bank Compliance Southeast Asia & Markets Compliance Asia, and Head of Compliance for Corporate, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management division of Barclays/Absa. Harinder began their career as a Compliance Officer at Credit Suisse and worked as a Graduate Trainee at Prudential Securities and KPMG.

Harinder Gill completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1997 to 2000. Later, from 2006 to 2010, Harinder Gill pursued a Doctor of Law degree (JD) at New York Law School.
