Michael started their career at William Hill in 2014, where they held various roles including Sportsbook and Gaming Promotion Team Manager, Gaming Promotion and Bonus Team Manager, Senior Ops Executive, Bonus and Promotions Executive, Promotions Executive, Optimization Manager, and Content Editor and CMS Administrator. In 2022, they moved to William Hill International as the Head of Commercial Operations before joining 888holdings in 2023 as the Head of Commercial Operations International.
