Karmen Gilbert

Karmen Gilbert currently serves as the VP of Supply Chain Planning at 8th Avenue Food & Provisions, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Karmen was the VP of Corporate Supply Chain Planning at Kroger from July 2021 to January 2024, and Karmen held various leadership roles at HAVI from February 2000 to October 2021, culminating in a Vice President position. Karmen's extensive experience in supply chain management includes significant achievements such as being named one of HAVI’s Top 100 Emerging Leaders and executing global supply chain strategies that led to operational excellence and improved customer satisfaction, particularly in managing supply planning for McDonald's. Karmen holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BS in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
