Kimberly Sheridan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kimberly most recently worked as an R&D Manager at 8th Avenue Food & Provisions since November 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Research and Development Manager at Oregon Fruit Products LLC from November 2014 to November 2020. From November 2010 to November 2014, they held the position of Sr. Food Scientist at Pacific Natural Foods. Before that, they worked as a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager at Farmers Cooperative Creamery from April 2009 to November 2010. Additionally, they gained experience as a Research & Development Manager at Kettle Foods from 2001 to 2008 and as an Enologist at Argyle Winery from 1998 to 2001.

Kimberly Sheridan, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from George Fox University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Food Science & Technology from Oregon State University in 1991.
