Benarda Hasa is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the games industry. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter and Tech Recruiter at 8Bit since March 2022, Benarda has a history of supporting job placements globally in the gaming sector and has also taken on the role of Ambassador for Women in Games since July 2024. Prior to these roles, Benarda worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at MEGATEK S.A., and held various positions including Operational Manager and Human Resources Manager at Arkevo Group and Global Consilium Group, respectively. Benarda's early career includes roles in human resources and customer service at Tregi Marketing Group. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Molecular Biology and a Professional Course in Business Management, both complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Tirana.
