Devon Hutchins

Devon Hutchins has a diverse work experience, having worked in the talent acquisition, human resources, and program associate fields. In 2021, Hutchins began working as a Senior Recruiter for Relay Payments, where they were responsible for architecting brand, prospecting, and pitching passive candidates on the value add of joining a mission-driven venture-backed startup building a modern, instant, and secure payment network for the trucking and logistics industries. In 2022, Hutchins took on the role of Hiring Expert for WhoCo, and also became Co-Founder of Adelpha Print in the same year. Prior to that, Hutchins was a Talent Acquisition Senior Partner at Nasdaq from 2020 to 2018, a Senior Recruiter at eVestment from 2018 to 2017, and a Human Resources Manager at Drug Policy Alliance from 2017 to 2013. Finally, Hutchins was a Senior Associate, Talent & Human Resources and Human Resources & Administration Associate, as well as a Program Associate, U.S. Legal Program, at the Center for Reproductive Rights from 2013 to 2021.

Devon Hutchins has a varied educational background. In 2007-2008, they completed a Master of Philosophy in Modern Society and Global Transformations at the University of Cambridge. From 2004-2007, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, Women's Studies, and Organizational Leadership for Nonprofits from the University of Florida. In 2013, they completed a Certificate in Professional Human Resources Essentials from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, Devon has obtained three certifications: Certified Transform Recruitment Marketer (CTRM) from SmashFly Transform Academy in October 2019; Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification in February 2019; and SHRM Certified Professional from SHRM in June 2017.
