Devon Hutchins has a diverse work experience, having worked in the talent acquisition, human resources, and program associate fields. In 2021, Hutchins began working as a Senior Recruiter for Relay Payments, where they were responsible for architecting brand, prospecting, and pitching passive candidates on the value add of joining a mission-driven venture-backed startup building a modern, instant, and secure payment network for the trucking and logistics industries. Devon Hutchins has a varied educational background. In 2007-2008, they completed a Master of Philosophy in Modern Society and Global Transformations at the University of Cambridge.
