Jen Chang Di Mattina has worked in various roles and companies since 2005. Jen began their career as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Johns Hopkins University and subsequently worked as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Aqua Pharmaceuticals. Later, they served as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Pharmasite Research, Inc. and as a Project Coordinator at Chesapeake Research Review, Inc. In 2011, they joined Johns Hopkins School of Medicine as a Quality & Innovation Project Administrator before becoming a Program Manager at Johns Hopkins Medicine in 2017. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer of 8-Bit Int since February 2021.
Jen Chang Di Mattina has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with a specialization in Neuroscience from Boston University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2003. Jen also has a Master of Science in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University, which they acquired from 2009 to 2012.
