Yaron Shapira's work experience includes various roles and responsibilities in different companies.

Yaron started their career in 2000 as a Developer at IAF and worked there until 2004. Yaron then joined Mercury, where they initially worked as a Developer from 2004 to 2006 and later became a Team Manager from 2006 to 2007.

After that, Yaron joined Check (Pageonce) as the Director of Product Development. Yaron was responsible for the development of mobile apps, web applications, and user data analysis. Pageonce was later acquired by Intuit in 2014. Yaron worked at Check (Pageonce) from 2007 to 2014.

In 2014, Yaron joined Intuit as the Mobile Payments and Apps Manager, R&D. Yaron managed the development of Mint Bills' mobile apps on iOS and Android, as well as the server-side and application logic supporting the APIs. Yaron worked at Intuit until 2015.

From 2015 to 2016, Yaron co-founded and served as the CTO of The Culture Trip. Yaron managed the R&D team and product development for their mobile app and website, which aimed to share cultural data with users.

Next, Yaron co-founded Qlarium (previously called Tiidan), an international trading payment security platform based on AI technology. Yaron served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Qlarium from 2017 to 2020 when the company was acquired by DeltaCapita.

Currently, Yaron is the Chief Executive Officer of 8fig, a company they joined in 2020.

Yaron Shapira completed their education at Bar-Ilan University. From 1996 to 1999, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics as well as an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General.
