Caiky Ribeiro

Caiky Ribeiro has worked as a Salesforce Developer at 8squad since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Swinburne University of Technology from February 2018 to December 2018. At Swinburne University, they held the roles of LMS Quality Assurance Officer and LMS Transition Officer. In these roles, they collaborated with others to migrate units from one Learning Management System to another, identified and addressed problems that could impact the transition, provided feedback to colleagues, and ensured consistency with style guidelines and templates. Before joining Swinburne University, Caiky worked as a Web Developer at Anything Net from August 2015 to January 2016. In this role, they designed and developed user-focused websites, sought feedback from customers, and assisted in developing complex web applications.

Caiky Ribeiro obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Software Development major from Melbourne Polytechnic between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Universidade Estadual de Campinas. In addition to their educational background, Caiky has obtained various certifications, including the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification from Salesforce in July 2021, the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification from Salesforce in January 2021, the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification in July 2019, and the Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2021.
