Ben Couldridge

Ben Couldridge is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with a diverse career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Managing Partner at 8th Floor since August 2018, Ben focuses on achieving measurable results for clients in the global hospitality sector. Prior to this role, Ben founded Hotel Associates (UK), a consultancy specializing in sales and marketing for luxury hotels. Experience includes significant positions such as Director of Sales and Marketing at Andaz London Liverpool Street and various roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and United Airlines. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Surrey and has enhanced expertise with specialized education from Cornell University. Additionally, Ben studied Spanish and Catalan language and literature at La Universidad de Pompea Fabra in Barcelona.
