Jarrod Davis worked in Walmart’s corporate office for over 20 years, leading teams in Marketing, Training and Development, Corporate Communication, and Talent Acquisition. Jarrod began his retail career on Walmart’s original in-store satellite radio team, producing content for customers and associates alike. As part of Talent Acquisition, he developed and delivered college presentations across the country to recruit new talent for Walmart’s Health in Wellness Division. During his many years in Walmart Marketing, Jarrod led teams for copywriting, brand management, and online content. In his time with Corporate Communication, Jarrod developed the Walmart monthly store playbook used to communicate the 30-60-90 day action plans for Walmart Stores.
