Jon Soberg

Jon Soberg is the CEO and Managing Partner of MS&AD Ventures, an early-stage venture fund focused on risk mitigation technologies, including InsurTech and AI. In addition, Soberg serves as a Senior Fellow and Lecturer at The Wharton School, emphasizing customer analytics and marketing strategies. With experience as an advisor at 8VC and Addepar, Soberg co-founded Early Impact Ventures, investing in transformative startups. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at REEF Technology, Managing Partner at Expansive Ventures, and Managing Director at Blumberg Capital, where Soberg led numerous global investments. Earlier experience includes significant leadership positions in multiple startups and a role at Ditech.com overseeing technology and operations. Soberg holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a master's from Northwestern University, and a bachelor's from Harvey Mudd College.
