Jeanette Winters

Jeanette Winters serves as 8x8’s Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for the entire employee life cycle including talent management, diversity and inclusion, organizational development, compensation, culture, and leadership.

Jeanette has led corporate human resources, including talent management, diversity and inclusion, organizational development, and enterprise learning functions at global Fortune 500 organizations, including Intel, American Express, Pitney Bowes and Amgen. Immediately prior to her appointment as CHRO at 8x8, Jeanette was chief talent officer and managing partner at Winters Advisory Group, an HR consultancy, and served as 8x8's interim chief human resources officer.

Jeanette holds a doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, a Masters of Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from American University in Washington, D.C. She is a certified Executive Coach from the Hudson Institute and a certified Talent Optimization Consultant. She also holds a certificate in neuroscience and leadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute, and is certified in the Neurolink suite of tools.
