Raluca Tocmag is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at 8x8 since July 2018, Raluca has also held the role of Senior Software Engineer at the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Program Manager at Google from February 2016 to April 2018, and as a Java Software Engineer at SDL Language Weaver from April 2012 to January 2016. Earlier in the career, Raluca worked as a Java Software Engineer at S&T Romania and as a C/C++ Software Engineer at Guillemot Romania. Raluca holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution, and completed a Research Stage in Artificial Intelligence at Pierre and Marie Curie University.
