Gregory Delapierre

Gregory Delapierre is a seasoned technology professional with extensive expertise in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and service management. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer SRE and Principal Infrastructure Tech Lead ITOM at Westpac since September 2019, Gregory specializes in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB. As a co-founder of Osphear Pty Ltd from January 2014 to September 2019, Gregory focused on project scoping, solution design, and technical governance within a consulting company that enhances IT performance. Previous roles include Lead Engineer at nbn™ Australia, where Gregory designed and implemented platforms leveraging AWS for systems performance, and various architect positions at Tech Mahindra, BMC Software, and SMC Consulting IT, highlighting expertise in BMC products and IT infrastructure management. Gregory holds a Master of Business Administration from Lincoln International Business School and has contributed significantly to training and mentoring in the field.
