Rob Pilgrim

Rob Pilgrim is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management and business development across various technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO at 8x8 since 2018, Rob has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including SVP, Interim CMO and Global Vice President of Product Management and Business Applications. Prior roles include Senior Director of Product Management at Jive Software, Advisory Board Member at Halosys, Vice President of Global Marketing and Business Development at Hitachi Energy, and Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Tropos Networks. Rob began their career at Covad Communications and Sigma Networks, focusing on product strategy and management. Educationally, Rob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
