Yuan Fu Luo has worked in the tech industry since 2016. Yuan Fu began their career as an App Developer at KKBOX and was promoted to Engineering Manager in the same company. In 2022, they moved to 9count as a Senior App Developer.

Yuan Fu Luo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Yuan-Ze University between 2009 and 2013. Yuan Fu then went on to receive a Master's degree in Computer Science from National Central University between 2013 and 2015.
