Raymen Sri has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rameshkumar has worked in various roles and positions in different companies.
Starting in 1997, Raymen Sri worked as a Medical Representative at Lanka Medical (Imports) Limited, where they represented German Remedies Products. Rameshkumar then moved on to George Stuart Health Pty Ltd as a Senior Pharmaceutical Representative from 1999 to 2000.
In 2001, they joined Citihealth (Srilanka) - Cipla as a Key Account Executive/Product Specialist. In this role, they developed business plans and built professional relationships with customers in the respiratory products market.
From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Customer Relationship Executive at Yodel Australia, where they provided exceptional customer service and increased new sales through Google PPC campaigns.
In 2009, they joined OTCO Global as a Dermatology Product Specialist in New South Wales, where they optimized business operations and drove sales through collaborations with doctors, specialists, and chemists.
Rameshkumar then returned to Yodel Australia as a Relationship Executive/Account Manager from 2010 to 2011. In this role, they achieved notable milestones such as maintaining a high client retention rate and achieving exceptional contract renewal rates.
From 2011 to 2014, they worked at AIIMS - Australian Institute of Internet Marketing Services as a Key Account Manager/Sr Marketing. During this time, they contributed to organizational process enhancements and drove new business development through sales training and strategic contributions.
In 2014, Raymen Sri joined Clixpert Pty Ltd as a Sales and Operations Manager, where they cultivated stakeholder relationships, led public relations efforts, and championed digital innovation. Rameshkumar later served as the Head of Business Management and Operations, focusing on client service, transformative consultancy, and business growth. Since November 2020, they have been serving as the COO/Director of Business at Clixpert Pty Ltd, spearheading business operations, implementing strategic policies, and directing operations in Australia and India.
In 2020, they co-founded 9 PINN DIGITAL MEDIA as the Managing Director.
Throughout their career, Raymen Sri has demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, training program design, sales, digital advertising, and business development. Rameshkumar has also showcased proficiency in platforms such as Google AdWords, SEM/SEO-driven social media campaigns, and digital innovation initiatives.
Rameshkumar Srinandakumar (Raymen Sri) has a diverse education history. Rameshkumar obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management from the Australian Institute of Business in 2018. In the same year, they also became a member (MCIM) of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). Prior to this, in 2017, they received the Google Specialist Challenge Award in Google Online Marketing from Google Inc. In 2014-2017, Rameshkumar obtained a Google Certification in Google Adwords Qualified. Earlier in 1997-1999, they pursued further studies at IAS Srilanka, earning a degree in CIMA with a specialization in Accounting. Lastly, in 2007-2008, they attended TAFE NSW for accounting studies. In addition to their formal education, Rameshkumar has several relevant certifications, including Google Ads certification, Google Analytics certification, and various LinkedIn and Microsoft certifications.
