Chrl Farrell Hall

Farrell Hall, CHRL has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently, Farrell serves as the Chief Inclusion Officer at 9 Story Media Group, leading the organization's diversity and inclusion initiatives across all aspects of the business. Prior to this, Farrell held the position of Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Children's Aid Society of Toronto, where they ensured the delivery of equitable and anti-oppressive services. Farrell also served as the Manager of Inclusion at Metrolinx, driving an inclusive culture within the organization. Earlier in their career, Farrell held roles such as Manager of Workplace Equity at Peel District School Board, Director of Human Resources at JDRF Canada, Manager of Learning and Development at Heart and Stroke Foundation, and Manager of Human Resources at Everest Colleges. Farrell has a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development strategies.

Farrell Hall, CHRL completed a Certificate in Radio Broadcasting from Humber College. Later, Farrell pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, specializing in Accounting, from Andrews University.
