Kasturi Dutta Roy

Kasturi Dutta Roy began their work experience in 2017 as a Sociology Instructor at Aditya Academy Group of Schools. Kasturi then moved on to NayaGaadi in 2020, where they worked as a Human Resources Intern. In 2022, Kasturi joined Flipspaces as a Human Resources Executive and worked until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resource Manager at 91Squarefeet (YC W22), starting in April 2023.

Kasturi Dutta Roy completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from the University of Calcutta from 2010 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Sociology from the same institution between 2013 and 2015. Kasturi then enrolled in the College of Teacher Education (PGT) and earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree specializing in Teacher Education and Professional Development, Specific Subject Areas from 2015 to 2017. Finally, they attended Alliance University from 2019 to 2021, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resource.
