Katia Shatkin

Katia Shatkin has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and management roles. Katia is currently working as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at NineTwoThree Venture Studio, where they architect and implements advanced .NET software solutions and leads code reviews and quality assurance processes. From 2018 to 2023, they worked as an Account Manager at Proud African Safaris, managing client relationships and maintaining the company website while implementing streamlining and automation processes. From 2012 to 2018, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Profitect Inc., playing a pivotal role in product evolution and enhancement, evaluating emerging technologies, and collaborating with sales and customer success teams. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Profitect Consulting, Micro Focus, Personeta, and Viola Networks, gaining experience in GUI programming, software development, and quality assurance testing.
