Jacqueline Kilburn

Jacqueline Kilburn has had a long and varied career. Jacqueline began as a Front End Manager at Hy-Vee in 1992, and then went on to work as an Elementary Teacher at Muscatine Community School District in 1998. In 2011, they became a Technology Integrationist at Muscatine High School, followed by an Instructional Coach K-12 Technology at Muscatine Community School District in 2014. In 2015, they took on the role of Curriculum Professional Development Leader at Muscatine Schools, where they organized and investigated research-based curriculum and provided professional development/learning to staff. In 2018, they became a Product Manager- Battelle Developmental Inventory at Riverside Insights, and is currently working as an Educational Consultant at 95 Percent Group Inc. since 2022.

Jacqueline Kilburn obtained a Master of Education (MEd) in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Western Illinois University in 2005, after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Iowa Wesleyan College in 1998.
