Chance Ervin

Chance Ervin is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at 98 Buck Social since March 2022, Chance previously held the same title at Duck Donuts from June 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, Chance was the General Manager at Envision Cinemas, overseeing a diverse venue with a staff of over 100 and annual revenues exceeding $5 million. Achievements include planning a grand opening, developing operational standards, and creating a performance-based tip-pool program that saved the company over $300,000 annually. Previously, Chance held the position of Assistant General Manager at Flipdaddy’s Burgers & Beer and started a career as the Store Manager at Michael's Ice Cream. Chance's educational background includes studies at the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College.
