Cindy León has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and psychology. Cindy is currently working as the VP of Human Resources at 99minutos.com, where they previously held the position of Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, they worked as a Coordinator of Personnel Selection for the same company.

In addition to their role at 99minutos.com, Cindy has also served as a Volunteer for AIESEC and worked as a Psychologist at Universidad del Rosario. Cindy gained valuable experience as the Coordinator of Human Development at Exposé and as a Psychologist at Distracom S.A.

Before that, they worked as an Analyst of Selection at Eficacia S.A and as an In-House Psychologist for Multiempleos S.A.

Cindy's career began as an Organizational Apprentice at Copservir Ltda, where they were involved in various selection processes, including recruitment, interviews, and training.

Throughout their career, Cindy has developed expertise in recruitment, assessment, and interview techniques for various positions.

Cindy León completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Piloto de Colombia, graduating in 2014. Cindy then pursued further specialization, earning a degree in Strategic Management of Human Talent from Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz in 2023. Additionally, they obtained an additional specialization in Safety and Health Management from Universidad Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca, which they completed in 2021.
