Huss El-Sheikh

Huss El-Sheikh is the Founder & CTO at 9fin. Huss has over 8 years of experience in the field of business analysis and project management.

Huss started their career as a summer intern at Rolls-Royce in 2010, working on advanced projects. Huss then went on to complete a joint masters research project with Rolls-Royce in 2011.

In 2012, Huss joined Deutsche Bank as an analyst in the Treasury department. Huss was quickly promoted to business analyst in 2013, and then to Associate in 2014. In 2016, Huss was promoted to AVP and lead business analyst for the Prime Finance: Synthetic Equities team.

Huss left Deutsche Bank in October 2016 to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams and founded 9fin. 9fin is a fintech startup that provides a platform for users to trade and invest in US stocks and ETFs.

Huss El-Sheikh graduated with a MEng in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Bristol. Huss is certified from APMG-International as a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner.
