Jen Speirs

Jen Speirs is the Head of People at 9fin. Jen has over five years of experience in Human Resources, and has spent the last two years as the People Director at Red Badger.

Jen has a proven track record in building strong relationships with senior management and artists and has a true Business Partner approach. Jen has successfully launched a number of projects, including a new Performance Management tool and an online expenses programme.

Jen has also been responsible for managing the contract turnover of a high volume of artists, while maintaining culture and work-stability. Jen has also managed 'down-time' where there was an excess of artists, including assessing the risks and managing redundancy situations.

Jen Speirs has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Birmingham and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth. Jen also has certification from the AgileHR Community in AgileHR Practitioner.
