Giovanni Cavolina

Giovanni Cavolina is the current Chief Commercial Officer & Co-Founder at 9T Labs. Prior to this, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineering Intern at Levitronix from April 2015 to August 2015 where they were responsible for the design of housings for bearless, magnetically levitated pump systems. Giovanni also worked as a Research Assistant at University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW from October 2014 to April 2015 where they were responsible for the simulation & optimization of heat pumps and thermal energy storage in buildings.

Giovanni Cavolina received a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mechatronics) from ETH Zürich. Giovanni then went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Aerospace Profile) from ETH Zürich.

Giovanni Cavolina works with Benjamin Grauer - Head of Software, Yannick Willemin - Head Marketing and Business Development, and Jonas Bosshard - Head of Materials & Process Engineering. Giovanni Cavolina reports to Martin Eichenhofer, CEO & Co-Founder.
