Matteo Arnoldi has extensive work experience in engineering and project management. Matteo most recently worked as a Technical Program Manager at 9T Labs beginning in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Ingersoll Machine Tools for over a decade, holding titles such as Chief Technologist EMEA and Project Manager - EMEA. Their responsibilities included managing international composite projects across Europe and the Middle East, developing project plans, monitoring and ensuring project performance, and documenting and reporting setbacks. Matteo also worked as a Structural Designer at Leonardo and in Risk Management at SES ASTRA.
Matteo Arnoldi obtained a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano between 1996 and 2002, studying several topics including mathematics, physics, IT, mechanics, fluid dynamics, automation, electronics, structures, and aeronautics. In 2003, they attended a course on "Finite Element Methodology" at the MSC Institute of Technology. Later in 2006, they completed two continuing education courses, one on "Aircraft Stress Analysis" at Cranfield University and the other on "Friction, Lubrication and Wear" at NAFEMS - International Association for the Engineering Analysis Community. In 2007, they attended a post-graduation course on "Fatigue Design for Structures and Mechanical Components" at Politecnico di Milano.
