Jeffrey Hiller

Jeffrey Hiller is a seasoned compliance professional and educator with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Oyster Consulting, LLC since April 2020, Hiller also advises for 9th Gear and teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Previously, Hiller held senior compliance roles at major firms including Principal Global Investors, Merrill Lynch Investment Managers/BlackRock, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and Citigroup Asset Management, developing compliance frameworks and overseeing substantial assets under management. Hiller began a legal career at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Enforcement after earning a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BA in Political Science from Penn State University.
