Arman Afsar

Arman Afsar has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Arman is currently working as a Business Process Consultant at 9th Way Insignia since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at Accredo Capital, LLC starting from January 2022.

From 2018 to the current date, Arman Afsar has been the Chief Executive Officer of The Afsar Group. In this role, they specialize in business development in the Federal market place and provides services to clients for developing and managing a pipeline of opportunities. Arman has a strong network of key contractors and facilitates clients' participation in the bidding process.

Arman Afsar served as a Strategic Growth Advisor at InquisIT from March 2020 to March 2022. Before that, they held the position of Vice President Operations at Phacil, Inc. from October 2011 to March 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the complete P&L of a portfolio of contracts and achieved recognition as the Program Manager of the year. Arman also mentored Program Managers and focused on innovation and performance.

Arman Afsar has also founded and served as the Managing Director of Automaptics, Inc. from April 2004 to September 2011. Arman successfully raised capital for the company and planned its strategic roadmap. Additionally, they developed an innovative Destination Search software. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at The Afsar Group from March 2002 to December 2002, where they led the development and integration of a Video Conferencing system and started Technical Support and Sales Call Centers.

Their earlier experiences include working as the General Manager at Hostpro.com Web Hosting Company from January 2001 to February 2002, where they managed and mentored various departments and improved service quality and customer retention. Arman also served as the Vice President of Client Services at WinFire/FreeDSL from February 2000 to September 2000, where they established a national Technical Support Helpdesk and automated the DSL provisioning process.

Arman Afsar began their career at EarthLink, Inc. in March 1996, where they held the position of Director of Technical Support & Network Operations. Arman introduced Web and High-Speed internet support services and scaled the Technical Support group to support 4 million subscribers.

Arman Afsar's education history begins with their completion of a Diploma in Mathematics at Alborz Highschool from 1971 to 1976. Arman then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Southern California from 1979 to 1982. Later, they furthered their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management & Operations at the University of Southern California from 1994 to 1998.
