Chris Craig has worked in the information technology field since 2010. Chris began their career with the United States Air Force as a Windows System Administrator. In 2014, they joined CSRA Inc as a Lead Help Desk Technician. In 2017, they moved to Insignia Technology Services, LLC as a System Analyst. In 2021, they were hired by Agile Six as an Information Technology Help Desk Manager. Most recently, they joined 9th Way Insignia in 2022 as a Team Lead System Analyst Sr.
Chris Craig attended American Military University from 2016 to 2018, where they studied Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance. Chris also obtained an ITIL Foundation (IT Service Management) certification from ACQUIROS, Inc. in June 2016, and a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in October 2010.
