Courtney Rive has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. From 1995 to 1996, they worked as a Programmer Analyst for Computer Resources, Inc. where they developed and maintained CRI software programs for Mobile Radio Programming, installed and trained customers at sites, and served as an International Project Coordinator for Japan and Israel. From 1996 to 1998, they were a Project Manager/Business Analyst for The OATH. From 1998 to 2002, they were a Project Manager for D'Antonio Technologies. From 2002 to 2004, they were an ITS Business Analyst for Laitram, LLC where they worked on various projects such as streamlining the engineering to manufacturing process, improving the lead/run time evaluation process, and implementing a shop order variance reporting. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Sr. Consultant for PMOLink Government Solutions, Inc. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Senior Systems Analyst for eVenture Technologies, LLC where they worked on the VIC (Veteran Identification Card) System and the SEC ID project. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Program Manager and Senior System Analyst for Insignia Technology Services, LLC where they led a team of developers, analysts and testers to provide Veterans a secure means of Authorizing and Authenticating Identity Access. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Deputy Project Manager and Integration Project Manager for By Light Professional IT Services where they implemented Enterprise Services and the integration of Consuming Applications, and supported the implementation of 2 Factor Authentication through Single Sign On Internal and Single Sign in External Services. Finally, from 2017 to present, they are a Program Director and EVSS Sustainment Project Manager for 9th Way Insignia, where they manage the EVSS Sustainment Contract, providing Help Desk Support, Development Support, and Production Operation Support to eBenefits, SEP and VDC.

Courtney Rive completed a High School Diploma from Mercy Academy in 1987, followed by a BS in Management with a MIS Concentration from the University of New Orleans in 1995. In 2002, they earned a MHCM in Health Care Management from the University of New Orleans.
