Larry Kouch

Larry Kouch, PMP, is an experienced program and operations manager with a strong background in change and configuration management, as well as technical operations. Currently serving as Program Manager at 9th Way Insignia since November 2021, Larry Kouch oversees company and contractor resources, focusing on infrastructure and operations for deployment and maintenance of client solutions. Prior experience includes leading a Change Management team at SalientCRGT within the Department of Veterans Affairs, managing operations for the Enterprise Voice System at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and handling technical management and implementation roles at Information Innovators Inc. and MCI/Verizon Business. Larry Kouch holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from George Mason University.
